Home Buyer Checklist

This is a go-to checklist for all home buyers before they begin their house hunting. This will save lots of time and frustration, helping to avoid buyer fatigue.

  • Knowing your budget is the first step if you are thinking of buying real estate. Contact your mortgage provider and get a pre-approval.

  • Spend some time searching your market areas and becoming familiar with prices and inventory. You don’t need to be an expert of the market, but having some knowledge will create realistic expectations.

  • Using the listing agent when buying? This means that the only person looking solely after your interest is you. Find a trusted realtor who is easy to communicate with, an expert in the area, and holds a duty of care to you, and you alone.
